4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Lebanon only.
  • All orders are shipped via Aramex.
  • A flat shipping fee of USD 4 applies to all locations in Lebanon.
  • The shipping fee is paid by the customer and is not covered by Aurée Jewelry.
  • Delivery timelines depend on Aramex and the customer’s location.

5. No Returns & No Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • Aurée Jewelry does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
